APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

The purchase and sale of products and services via electronic means is governed by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code) regarding remote sales with consumers, and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on electronic commerce.
The sales contract entered into between the customer and WORK SHOP S.R.L. will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian law.

For any controversy deriving from the sales contract governed by these General Conditions of Sale or connected to it, the court of Milan will have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to different mandatory provisions of law.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

By placing an order according to the various methods provided on the Site, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general conditions of sale and payment transcribed below.
These general conditions of sale, together with the conditions concerning the methods of delivery and payment of the goods, form an integral part of the sales contract concluded between the Customer and WORK SHOP S.R.L. .
We therefore invite you to read these general conditions of sale carefully, to print them or in any case to keep a copy.

METHOD OF PURCHASE

The Customer can purchase the products visible at www.staysharp.shop, illustrated on the homepage of the Site within the respective sections by product category, as described in the relative information sheets.

When the purchase is made, the Customer has the possibility to choose the method of delivery and payment of the product he prefers.
Acceptance of the order by WORK SHOP S.R.L. is confirmed by sending a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer when registering on the Site. WORK SHOP S.R.L.
reserves the right, to its unquestionable judgement, not to accept the order.

Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnity is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the data present in the order confirmation email and to promptly notify WORK SHOP S.R.L. of any errors or omissions.

The order confirmation email contains the following data:

• Order number and date
• Product(s), quantity, price
• Type of payment chosen
• Cost of Transportation
• Total order amount

The technical information of the products included in the stay sharp.shop site faithfully reproduce those of the manufacturers of the goods included in the catalogue. WORK SHOP S.R.L. , therefore, reserves the right to modify/adapt the technical information of the products to match those provided by the manufacturers, without the need for any notice.
It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, and may differ in colour, size, accessory products present in the figure. All purchase support information is to be understood as simple generic information material, not referable to the real characteristics of each individual product.

PRICES

The sales prices of the products published on the Site are inclusive of VAT for European countries and any additional eco-contributions.

International buyers outside Europe can purchase under the VAT exemption regime and will have to bear the costs of customs clearance for their own country.
