If you are making a purchase outside the European community you will make a tax-free purchase on our site, then you will have to pay the import taxes of your country of residence. These fees will be asked by the courier who took care of the shipment.
You can return the product if it does not meet your needs within 15 days of receiving it. The products must be new and unused, complete with the original box and all components.
The customer is required to send the product back to our address with a traceable shipment. Once we have received the product we will proceed to issue the refund. Shipping and return costs will not be refunded.
